Real talk: when you're burned out, what's your first move?
Real talk: when you're burned out, what's your first move? For most of us, it's the resume. New title, new company, problem solved — except it isn't. You just relocated the exhaustion. I made that mistake myself, twice. Made a new video this week on the three stages I now walk through before any job search — Decompress, Reconnect, Reinvent — because the internal work is what actually removes the anxiety instead of just delaying it. Watch the full breakdown here: How to Find a Meaningful Career After Burnout What's the first thing you reach for when you're burned out — more effort, or actual rest?

Bring Your Career Blocker—We’ll Solve It Live This Friday
Friday Mastermind — July 24, 2026 This Friday's mastermind has no set topic, and that's the point. It's a full open forum: bring me whatever's actually stuck in your head right now, your search, your next move, your career. We'll work it live, one-on-one if it's personal to you, as a group if enough of us are circling the same wall. I'd rather build the session around what you're actually dealing with than what I assume you're dealing with. So tell me, what's the real blocker? - Positioning: my background is strong, but it reads too broad or generic. Nothing's landing. - Targeting: I'm applying everywhere, but not focused anywhere. Spread thin, no traction. - Interview execution: I get the interview, but the offer never shows up. Something's not translating. - Network / visibility: I'm not getting seen at all, not even by recruiters. - Something else. Drop it in the comments, I read every one. Whatever gets the most comments is where we're headed. Friday, July 24th at 11:00am Mountain Time. Here's the link: https://www.skool.com/live/XLGDzspB4hG Come with your actual problem, we'll work through it together. See you on Friday, Kris

⚠️ TAKE 2 MINUTES TO READ THIS POST SO YOU KNOW HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS COMMUNITY ⚠️ Welcome to the Career Flō Collective — I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re joining us, you’re probably at a point in your career where you’re ready for something more. More clarity. More confidence. More peace. You might be feeling stuck, overlooked, or uncertain about what’s next. You’re not alone, and that’s exactly why this community exists. What We Do We help high-achieving professionals and leaders: • Make successful career transitions that rebuild confidence and reignite a sense of purpose • Clarify their direction and redefine success on their own terms • Develop leadership presence and executive resilience • Create careers that feel purposeful, sustainable, and fulfilling Our goal isn’t just to help you change jobs. It’s to help you create career peace, that state where your work, values, and energy finally align. Less struggle more Flō! Why Listen to Me? I don’t have all the answers. But I’ve walked this road myself — and I’ve coached hundreds of professionals through it too. - Helped clients go from “invisible” to indispensable in their organizations - Guided mid-career professionals into leadership roles after months (or years) of feeling stuck - Supported career changers through pivots they once thought were impossible - Helped burned-out leaders recover confidence, purpose, and fulfillment in their work What I’ve learned over the years is simple: When you stop trying to fix yourself and start building from who you truly are, everything changes. That’s what this space is about — rebuilding confidence, direction, and fulfillment from the inside out. How This Community Works This isn’t just a forum. It’s a practice ground; a place to connect, share, and grow alongside others who get it. You’ll find: • Resources to help you navigate career transitions and build lasting success, fulfillment, and resilience • Coaching insights to strengthen confidence

Friday Mastermind Recap
This week we did something different: instead of a hot seat, we spent the whole call digging into how to actually use Claude for your career transition. Brett, Keith, Laurey, and Tom each shared how they're using AI right now (ChatGPT projects, cover letters, company research, even having Claude Code build small apps), then we walked through building a "Career Transition Co-Pilot" project inside Claude Cowork step by step: setting the master instructions, loading in your vision work, brand worksheet, resume, and interview prep as context, and letting it guide you stage by stage through the same roadmap I use with every client. I put together a full guide covering exactly how to set this up, the master project prompt, and where to drop in your own materials at each stage. Grab it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qS9PKZ6EoBsEuQ_Qs-wD5gdeS4CxKNF1sRGGMIYb2fA/edit?usp=sharing One thing to flag: I'm not posting the video from this one. While I was pulling up a couple of your coaching notebooks live on screen to use as examples, other clients' notebooks were visible too, and I don't want anyone's personal information floating around on a recording. My mistake, lesson learned. Everything we covered is in the guide above, so you're not missing anything. Next Friday, July 10th at 11:00am Mountain Time, we're back for our regular mastermind. If there's a specific topic or challenge you want the group to focus on, drop it in the comments below and I'll build the session around it. Otherwise, we'll keep it open: bring your questions and challenges, and we'll coach through them together.

Stop Starting From Scratch: Build Your Career Transition Brain in Claude This Friday
This Friday, June 26th at 11:00am Mountain Time: We're going hands-on. Bring your laptop and open up Claude right there on the call. We'll work through how to actually use it for your career transition, not just talk about it, and you'll start building your own career transition project inside Claude (your zone of genius, your resume, your goals, all in one place) so it can think, search, and strategize with you instead of you starting from scratch every time. If you want to speed up your search or get unstuck on where you're headed next, this is the one to show up for live. In case you missed last Friday's Mastermind here's the recap: Ever talk yourself into the "safe" next step at work, even when your gut is already telling you something else? One of our members was holding two opportunities this week, one out of loyalty, one out of loyalty to himself. The breakthrough came down to one sentence: "If this job wasn't sent to me, it's not something I would apply for." We also unpacked how a candidate lost a final-round interview in the last five minutes, and why staying in "consultant mode" matters more than confidence. If you've ever talked yourself into the wrong yes, watch this one. ▶ https://www.skool.com/thriving-professionals-network/classroom/f767f250?md=28ed76e3c26f4f6eb2a51ee750236b1c P.S. Remember, this Friday at 11am MT, we're doing something different: bring your laptop, open up Claude, and start building your own career transition project live on the call. Don't miss it.
