Hello! I'm Kris from Belleville, Ontario ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ I found Adriana because Evelyn Weiss mentioned in one of her youtube trainings she was using Substack and Skool and it got me curious! - I joined the Admori Society because: I've always been multi-passionate but spent years trying to force myself into one box. I built a successful business around one skill, then burned out trying to start separate businesses for every new thing that lit me up. I even followed an ADHD business coach's model for building a multipassionate business and still crashed. I'm done following someone else's map. I'm in this era of trusting my own inner compass and letting everything I do be connected by who I am, not by a niche. - My business is about: I've spent the past 6 years as a Klaviyo email strategist, helping wellness and lifestyle e-commerce brands convert and retain customers through automated email flows. But my world has expanded way beyond that. I'm a mom raising a deaf child, learning sign language, and building toward becoming a coach and mentor for hearing parents navigating the early diagnosis years. I'm hosting a virtual summit in September 2026 around this exact topic. (I did a short talk about my journey here if you're curious: Embracing my son's deafness.) I'm also a certified group facilitator who loves hosting circles where women can share what's really on their hearts, and I co-facilitate an A Course in Miracles study group. I don't have ADHD, but my son has been diagnosed with it this year, and that's the start of another journey to raise this beautiful mind. - My most recent learning about myself is: I built my entire business identity around being hyper-capable, hyper-independent, and having all the answers. I'd get triggered by anyone who tried to tell me what to do, any boss who micromanaged, any system that boxed me in. "I'll figure it out myself" was my mantra... But I recently traced all of that back to a deeper belief that I wasn't good enough, and the whole empire of proving myself was just a mask over that wound. I'm learning to let go of needing to be the most capable person in the room. I aim to be as I truly am and to simply be a kind loving presence for wherever I'm called to show up. And to share my journey along the way.
