Yesterday I was chatting with @Koebi Long about how tough it feels to get into real estate in Australia right now. Prices are high, entry points feel heavier, and all the indicators suggest they’re not exactly heading south anytime soon. It got me thinking about creative ways people are considering getting started, and also the very real resistance that can come up around them.
