@Edgar Gutierrez one thing I learned recently from reading a book from Grant Cardone.... is be sold on what you are selling... I'm trying to figure out how to apply that to wholesale... but for foreclosures it is pretty easy to sell the value we bring i think... (now just how to articulate it) the value as I see it... and what I have pitched so far.. We provide a way for the people in trouble on their mortgages / finances to get out of the problem and pain of the foreclosure. Ideally we can provide them with some cash in their pocket if they have equity so they do not lose all... and what i'm going to do on my next door knock... (or try) Introduce myself (your neighbor, and in the area buying properties) Ask them about themselves and their situation... "i can't help but notice there are some deferred maintenance things on the property here... gutters, garage, paint... maybe something like this: Good afternoon, I’m {Your Name}, and I live nearby. I noticed the house might need a little upkeep—things like the gutters, garage, and paint. I know life can be busy, and sometimes these things get put off. I’m here because I’m buying properties in the area, and I wanted to see if there’s any way I could assist you, whether that’s helping with the property or just chatting about your situation.
