3am booty calls are great for your sleep 🙃
The hook of this video is cheeky, but the answer genuinely stays: If you took the anxiety and emergency out of the middle-of-the-night wakeups, what would you calmly and spaciously do with that quiet time in the night?

Love this! Many things shifted for me when I found out about the two phase sleeping. Apparently the 8hrs sleep myth was created by mattress industry. Knowing that waking up is normal makes me feel much calmer. Sometimes I read a book, listen to some meditation, pray or just think. It's nice. ☺️ Ok... sometimes I have the 3am snack.😄
What did you dream last night? ✨
I LOVE hearing about other peoples dreams. Especially because I am trained in Lucid dreaming facilitation, and I use dreams as an entry point into my own unconscious almost on a daily basis. I am a nerd for dream interpretation of all kinds. So this biweekly Dream Circle is envisioned as a space where dreamers of all kinds, including those that barely remember any dreams at all, are welcome to convene, share their dreams, and get their dreams interpreted with the help of the community. I would love to have you there. It’s tonight at 5 pm UK time. The link to the video call is in the Calendar tab. Come on time, but stay as long as you like, no need to stay for the full hour. And if you’re not able to join tonight, feel free to drop your dream in the comments and I would be happy to offer an “ if this were my dream” interpretation. Até já!

Oh I missed that. I remember last night's dream thought! My ex colleagues prepared a surprise for me. It was sweet. 😄

@Maša Nobilo no, I didn't. Didn't even think about it to be honest.
Sundays are for…dilly-dallying ✨
Normally, when the weekend rolls around, I can’t help feeling the push of the deep desire to switch off, on the one hand, and the pull of the nagging feeling that I am not doing enough. So I get myself into a paralysis where I am either not fully indulging in the rest, or doing work half-assed. (Familiar, anyone? 🙋🏻‍♀️) But today…was different. I let myself be taken by my heavy eyelids, foggy head and limbs that felt like lead to the steady hum of the waves. I laid my 🍑 down. I read. I silenced the nagging voice in my head with a rhythmic massage of the soles of my feet on the sand. Turns out, I can be a human being that does f*ck all sometimes and I can still be worthy of success. Go figure. How did you dilly-dally this weekend?

Aww that sounds lovely. I was mainly working and studying but I also had my "human" couple of hours in the morning and loved it. 🥰

@Maša Nobilo oh I was just referring to your "a human being that does f*ck all sometimes" 🤣

[DREAMS] Random sorting of memories or gifts from your unconscious?
Dreams: an endless wellspring of insights directly from your unconscious 🧠 I share this story below because it’s so solidly shows how my unconscious is both trying to get my attention so that I give some care to something so tender as grief. But also to illustrate how much of a gift dream recall can be. And if you are at the phase of your relationship to your dreams in which you can barely remember anything, don’t despair. Dream recall is something that can be strengthened very quickly with just a handful of simple techniques, some which you can find under the Classroom tab in the 40-Day Dreamwork Challenge. Alternatively, contact me to arrange a free discovery call to see how we can work one on one to help you gain deep and impactful insights from your dreams. What is a recent dream that was incredibly impactful for you?
