dialing in on iteration
I initially wanted to make 1 video a week this year but i realized I made a HUGE mistake... - I was so time constrained that I wasn't able to truly iterate on the improvement in my videos. So, I took the past 3 months to spend on ONE video. - I did alot of things different and tried to implement the strategies of massive youtubers. - I would LOVE some more constructive feedback from y'all to help me make even more iterations.

Gamechanging App
Hello! I recently found a new app/website that I have LOVED using this month and will continue using. I find it so valuable that I thought I should share it with y'all. The website/app is called Shortform. Basically they provide incredible summaries of a ton of books. It costs around the same price of one book for each month. You can make highlights and then make comments on the highlights. It is AMAZING for nonfiction books where you just want to learn the concept/knowledge. I can read a book in a quarter of the time it normally takes. https://www.shortform.com/

@Andrew Kirby I wouldn't say "greater" per say but for me personally I find it worth it. The website and user-interface is exceptional, plus the summaries are very detailed but it's obviously faster than reading the book. I also mainly use this app on my phone which makes it very superior. I know for me and a lot of people that are newer to this journey.. the less friction the better. The less distance and distraction from me and a good idea the better. Now I can easily pull up this app and then find an interesting title and take a dive into it, highlight easily, and make notes. It has helped me use my phone much more effectively. I know some YT's (I know Hamza still is) are sponsored by them so I would use their code for a free trial just to test it out.

@Benedek Santa Spot on friend. It can never replace the real book but it has helped me read some books that I wouldn't spend the money on but would still like to check out.
My jounral entry from today (YouTubers)
I focused my journal session today on really getting to the bottom of what ACTUALLY moves the needle on YouTube and define some of my problems. (And brainstorm some solutions) I got a lot of value from it and figured I'd share it on here just in case any of y'all were interested.https://dune-red-cd7.notion.site/What-REALLY-matter-when-it-comes-to-YouTube-6e2010150c884735b31d8069416d9dc0
