Hey everyone, Quick intro. I'm an electrician by trade who got completely hooked on AI. I'm not a programmer, never written a line of code in my life. I just happen to run operations in industrial automation, and being in that world pulled me into this even deeper. Background: 15+ years automating industrial processes. Packaging and conveyor lines all the way up to full robotics. Over the last 6 months, I started pointing those same skills at our own operations, and honestly it blew me away what I was able to pull off: - Admin - Estimating (a big one) - Producing our designs - Building out the bill of materials - Purchasing and procuring - Prepping the builds and the packages for the builders - Even executing the actual machine build, mostly running off triggers I set up For someone who isn't a developer, getting all of that working in 6 months is the thing I'm most proud of. That's when it clicked. I saw the potential and decided to start my own AI agency on the side. Who I'm building it for: - Small-scale local manufacturers - Trades and service providers, like electrical and plumbing companies - And I'm moving into the medical space too, helping them run leaner on operations and whatever else they need I learned a ton just watching Liam. And I recently signed up for the live video with Jason, which got me even more fired up. Now I'm done watching and building the real thing, actively chasing my first client. Honestly, I've never been part of a community where I felt like people actually get what I'm chasing. This is the first place that lines up with the dream, so I'm jumping on it.
