Small house for sale
My son has sat on this house and wants to sell it . Only work that needs to be done is replace the ceiling on the kitchen - was asbestos drop and has since been removed , just needs to be drywalled in Newly paired 3 years back and roof as well 880 ss 2/1 rents will be around 1,000 a month - vacant and winter ed - Sorry.336 S A street, Elwood IN- photos on line are old - If interested let me know , not on the market

When I was buying LNA many with LNA and had little to no issues - Back then I would stay out of GA as it was a hard state

Collateral files for large note portfolio
Hi everybody just a quick question. How do you handle gathering the collateral file for a potential buyer, for a large note portfolio with multiple assets. As a matchmaker?

I used to use an independent Law office ( almost like escrow) this way , all the collateral was sent prior and checked in like escrow , money sent and hard files released - a bit of a cost but was safe to say , all the collateral was there.
