I currently have a recurring virtual meet up in the community calendar for 4:30 pm on Tuesdays. The purpose is to introduce myself, give a brief tour of how Midlife Strength works, and answer any questions you may have. If that time isn't doable for you, please let me know what would work below. @Jessie Christensen Thanks for sharing that, Jessie. My hair has definitely gotten thinner too. I'm not a fan of that at all either. I recently started using a scalp oil that's supposed to make your hair healthier and thicker, but I'm not sure if it's working or not... (Anyone else have a product they recommend for this?) Anyway, you are in a perfect spot to build back your strength and improve your balance. Support and accountability are the key! I'm really glad you're here.
