Fun Fact Friday: 💩 Effects Your Hormones
Hope you're all having a good day and have either a relaxing or fun evening!! Thought we could end the week on a lighthearted note and talk about 💩😜 Lets dive in... Your 💩 and hormones have a direct relationship with each other. For instance, if you're constipated and therefore not expelling then your body is reabsorbing the estrogen hormone that would have gone out with your bile and is now contributing to an estrogen dominance. Healthy BMs are a sign of a healthy gut and going to the washroom first thing in the morning is a good indication your digestive track is working. Also the quality of your pile is also telling. I've attached a reference for you to check yours. I would love to hear what your favourite 💩 initiator is in the comments, as I know there are so many different and successful ones out there! I'll share mine below too! 😅

Quick Period Fixes! 🌼
Ever had PMS creep up on you and you're like "run for the hills" to the medicine cabinet?!! 😥 It's no fun.
