Unlocking the Power of Routine in Your Mobility Journey
Yo FYSHPAAACK 🐺🐟 Today, we will look at one fundamental principle that can greatly benefit you in your quest to increase mobility – Consistency. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or an amateur pounding it out in the gym, this principle will help you take huge strides towards more flexibility, strength, and joint health. Why is consistency key then? I'll tell ya! Your body adapts to the demands you put on it consistently. Consistent mobility exercises ensure continued improvement and adaptation. And regular practice helps increase your range of motion in an incremental, progressively challenging way that is safe and avoids creating undue risks for yourself. You'll also want to build a habit, which in turn will make mobility exercise a habit, and hence an integral part of your daily routine. Make sure to set realistic goals! Begin slow in terms of realistic targets and something that will fit in for your schedule. Make incorporation of mobility exercises within your routine work, such as doing some stretch every morning or during intervals. Don't forget to track your progress! If you do that deep squat everyday you'll be SO surprised how long you can hold it after a month. And as always, why don't you share any tips and tricks you may have found that has worked for your routine! Let's inspire each other to keep moving and improving. Can't wait to read your responses!
