I jumped into rental arbitrage this past March -- partnering with a friend to launch our first property in Nashville, TN. Home of the Honky Tonk👢😄 I located a property approved for STR, designed and furnished it, created the listing, and now manage the guests and daily operations. Six months later, the property has averaged $4,248 per month in revenue, we’ve maintained Guest Favorite with a 4.8 rating, 30 reviews, and we just became Superhosts! 🎉 It has been a huge learning experience, and I’m plugging into as many communities as possible where I can continue learning, connecting, and executing!
