"Why Most Agencies Overpay for Average Websites"
Launched my AI agency site last week (https://melonaii.framer.website/) and something interesting happened. People started reaching out—not for AI services, but asking if I could build websites like mine for their agencies. 3 inquiries this week alone just from seeing the design quality. This made me realize how broken the web dev industry pricing is. Here's the reality: Most traditional developers charge $2,000 to $5,000 for basic WordPress sites with: - 3-4 week timelines - Endless revision rounds - Clunky backends you can't update yourself - Hidden fees for "extra features" Meanwhile, using modern tools like Framer and Go High Level, I can deliver: ✅ Custom animated websites✅ AI chatbot integration✅ Mobile-optimized, fast-loading✅ Delivered in 3-5 days✅ Easy for you to update yourself All for around $500 with zero upfront payment. You approve everything first, pay only when satisfied. Why the huge price difference? Traditional devs code everything from scratch (30-40 hours). I use efficient platforms that handle the technical heavy lifting while I focus on design and conversion optimization (5-8 hours). Same quality output. 80% less time. Savings go directly to you. The people reaching out aren't stupid—they see the quality-to-price ratio doesn't add up with what they've been quoted elsewhere. If you've been quoted $2K+ for a website and it feels like highway robbery, it probably is. There are better, faster, more affordable ways to get premium results. For anyone interested in what modern web development actually costs when someone isn't milking every hour, happy to chat. Not here to spam—just here to show there's a better way that doesn't drain startup budgets. You mention your price is $500, but your price section lists it as $500 per month. You created a beautiful website. I hope you can find the necessary time to fix accessibility. You do have a "a few" issues 😁

Welcome, @Rodney Ware! What do you do? The "yoo" is not explaining your business 😁
🤔 Niche vs No Niche (Your Most Important Decision)
Should you niche down and possibly limit yourself from getting more clients, or should you be a generalist and not be perceived as an expert in any field? This is the first and arguably the most important decision you'll make for your web design business. The one thing you should NEVER do is be a complete generalist. Meaning offering any type of web design service to any type of business with any tool. - You wouldn't bring your Ferrari to a general mechanic who works on Fords or Toyotas) Not only will you overwhelm yourself but you'll be fighting for low paying clients. A niche doesn't have to mean "Dentists" or "Roofing Companies". It can also mean being a "Webflow Expert" which would be the tool you use. Or it can be "Highly Converting Landing Pages" which would be the service. But niching down in any way will be VITAL to charging more for your service as (and this is important), you'll be able to offer more VALUE to your clients! With that in mind I would love to know 👇 (tell me in the comments) 1️⃣ What niche have you chosen 2️⃣ Why did you choose that niche P.S. If you're struggling to choose a niche let me know in the comments and I'll try and help you! P.P.S I'll be covering Niches in more detail in the FULL MINI COURSE releasing next week on YouTube with a complete Step-By-Step Document! P.P.P.S You can also check out this video where I go over how you can find your ideal Niche: #4. Niche Selection

I have been a digital accessibility and ADA compliance specialist for 18 years - and a full-stack web developer for about 30 years. A few years ago, I narrowed my focus from enterprise-sized companies to small- and mid-size businesses. I quickly realized that small businesses' websites were generally not compliant at all, so I decided to niche down even further. I am now entirely focused on helping web professionals learn how to deliver websites to their clients that are accessibility-compliant so they can be protected from lawsuits.
Agency Website
Hello guys, I've been gone for a while now, in that period I've been developing my agency Website: devistars.com It is built with HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP. Also the chatbot is custom made, currently working on SEO. Needed your honest opinion and suggestions. Thanks.

You have created a beautiful website with lots of interesting design features. Your new website is failing due to numerous accessibility issues (66, and I only checked about 50% of the potential problems). That means that your site is not an inclusive experience for people with disabilities. In the US, the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) mandates by law that websites need to be compliant (risk of lawsuits). You also have some security issues/risks, but I'm not sure what causes them. I have added screenshots for your information.

@Moiz Iqbal I use the pro version of axe DevTools from Deque. They offer a free version that provides the same results as I shared with you. The pro version will enable you to identify up to 80% of potential issues. There are no tools available for remediation (fixing issues); it's all a manual process.

@Austin Wall Why not share it with the rest of us as well? We can all use some help and good advice! 😜

@Austin Wall I was half joking, but thank you for considering sharing your experience! When you first launch a Skool-based business, there is so much to learn.
