I've been geeking out on my community metrics lately and wanted to share a win that has me fired up. At the beginning of 2025 I started my Skool and growth was steady but engagement was pretty flat and relied heavily on me. After rearranging my Classroom into a full leaderboard challenge with @Brenda Rigney 's help, things shifted in a BIG way, January has been a great urning point. When I’m posting. Planning. Launching. Trying to be visible. It sounds like motivation.But often it creates pressure instead of progress.
