Save Time, Gain More💪🏽
One excuse a lot of people use to avoid working out is that they don’t have time. I’m not here to argue that that isn’t true. BUT, thanks to compound movements, getting strength training in is easier and more attainable! What is a compound movement? Compound movements are movements that require more than one part of the body to move and perform at the same time. A full body movement, in other words. This can save lots of time if you’re already running short. This also helps you strengthen your body fully and lift heavier as opposed to working out one area at a time. My favorite compound movements are: Squats Deadlifts Bench Press Rows Overhead Press So if you ever need a quick workout but don’t have a lot of time, give some of these a go! REMEMBER to always test movements without weights to do a form check and proceed at your own speed, not at the speed of your ego. Let us know if you try any of these or already do them! @Rudy Rodulfo still learning, so no favorites. But I've noticed I prefer the muscle groups that feel stronger. My shoulders, legs, back.

Most of us are spending hours hunched over phones and laptops. Your spine is taking the hit. Start being mindful of how you’re sitting and standing throughout the day, tiny adjustments add up. A few simple fixes you can make immediately: 🪑 Sit with your hips back and feet flat on the floor 📱 Bring your phone up to eye level instead of dropping your chin 🧘🏽 Add shoulder rolls and chest openers to your daily routine 💪🏽 Strengthen your core — it supports everything You were made to stand tall. Carry yourself like it! 🙌🏽
