MIA
I owe y’all an apology 😅 I’ve been a little MIA over here. Life has been LIFE-ING behind the scenes — kids, content, building things I cannot wait to share with you… and if I’m being real, something had to give for a minute. But I’ve missed this space. A lot. So consider this me officially clocking back in 👏🏼 Tell me — what do you need right now?More routines? Sensory ideas? Help with behaviors? A place to vent? Let’s pick back up together 🤍 (Picture throwback to our first ever sensory room for the kids! 💕)

@Jessica Del Rosario something I LOVE to talk about is a “support cycle” our children’s “sleep pressure” starts to build the moment they open their eyes! So they need the right kind of support throughout the day in order for their body to settle at night. 💕
New Bathtime Sensory Experience
Have you guys seen this stuff?? The FIRST time I put some on my son we wiped it all over his body! It’s body wash! So for the first time in his entire life he put his own body wash on 🥹 I’ve been really impressed with it so far! Have you guys tried it before?? What are your thoughts? Good? Bad? Maybe?

@Courtnie Harris I love that! The visual timer & sensory break combo has been a game changer for us too! Such an underrated tip! Love it! 😍
