Chapter 10-11 delay
I wanted to let everyone know that my reading of Genesis chapters 10 and 11 will be delayed a little bit, possibly up to two days, and may extend as late as Tuesday. Thank you so much for your patience and grace. That said, we are still moving forward this week and will be continuing with Genesis chapters 12, 13, and 14 as planned. 🙏🏽📖 I’ll also be reaching out personally within the community to check in, see if anyone is in need of prayer, and to remind everyone of the services we have available, including: Free food Free clothing Support and guidance with finances We’re here to serve, love, and support one another as the Body of Christ. Thank you for walking this journey together and for your continued understanding and support. God bless you all 🤍

Genesis chapter 9
Is live! How do you view “ nakedness “ ? Why do you think Cannan was punished directly instead of Ham?

There are a couple of ways you can consider nakedness. One as being unclothed or being open and unapologetically honest. I think they both go hand in hand because being unclothed to me is saying this is me and I have nothing to hide. I think that it’s harder on a parent to see someone they created suffer or treated poorly. That is probably why Cannon and his descendants were cursed.
Genesis chapter 8 is live
How do you feel about the waiting or sitting in the waiting as God moves?

I didn’t read chapter 8 before I wrote this and what I think is a wild coincidence is that it took Noah 17 Weeks to start over again and it took me 17 years to start over, again.

@Yess Ofosu I always believed in Jesus since I was 6 years old but never got into reading and following the Word of God until I was 40. From when I was 6 until I was 17 I was molested or raped (over 1000 times), at 12 I started drinking, at 13 I started snorting cocaine and drinking after my Grandma died, at 14 I started snorting Crystal Meth, I even experienced a meeting with Jesus when I was 19 and in a Coma on Life Support. My car was t-boned by a drunk driver going over 70 mph. I broke my neck, broke my scull, broke my cheek bone, broke 3 ribs, had a laceration on my spleen and a contusion on my liver. Jesus told me, “It is not my time and to go back and wait for his return.” My family was told if I ever woke up I would be quadriplegic with no brain function. Even then I still tried to live life my own way and I tried to for 22 years after that. I had Children that the doctors told me I couldn’t conceive. I got a Bachelors Degree in Business even though I was told I couldn’t learn anything new. My life wasn’t bad but I wasn’t Happy and I wasn’t at Peace. I found Happiness and Peace when I started living it the way God said to cause I truly believe that Jesus is going to return within the next 7 years.

Forsaken to me means abandoning without support or being left behind. In the military they claim, “No Man Left Behind,” so it’s sort of like that. Now Chapter 5 really has nothing to do with being Forsaken in my opinion. If you say Death is being Forsaken, it’s not because we don’t know what happened after their death. Forsaken is a human concept and we should not place Human Concepts on an Eternal God.

@Yess Ofosu I am doing very Good. Yes, I try to explain to people, who Religiously go to Church but also Religiously Sin, that they may plan on asking for forgiveness in the last 5 min of their life. But that ideology is not always available. You can be killed in a freak accident in seconds. So you should not count on time that you haven’t obtained yet. The time to start living for Christ is Now, not some unknown time in the future. Because tomorrow is not guaranteed.
