I fully Trust the Lord to have my back in everything. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about people friends, family, or enemies, but I try to treat everyone with kindness and grace. This verse is the reason for that because I trust if I do everything in a positive and graceful way nothing but good can come to me. Even if I have to go through painful times to get to the good times. I heard someone say, “the reason God takes you through the storm and high waters is because your enemies can’t swim.” Meaning to me that I can overcome anything brought against me cause it just tears away what is not meant for me. I was homeless for a few years from 2019 to 2023. Slowly things started falling away. I lost my home in 2019 and broke my leg. I made sure my children were taken care of or had means but I had to separate from all my family and rebuild my relationship with God. In 2022 I became celibate, in 2023 I bought a house, in the beginning of 2024 I quit drinking and getting high, late 2024 my son started College, beginning of 2025 my daughter started college and I am on path to starting a café business in late 2025. That is just a little of what I went through but I had negative influences in my life which caused me to lose my home in 2019 and they still stuck to me. So God had to push me through a storm to get me back on a better path.

I have many thoughts on this but as for the aspect of giving in my opinion if you give financially to Anyone, the Lord sees your heart and whether you give reluctantly or joyfully but not only does he see into your heart he sees into the receiver’s heart as well. In hindsight, the Lord gives Us Freewill therefore we must also give that Freewill to others and their use of the money we so gracefully give is now up to them how they use it. My life is full of experiences that I can elaborate on when like kind situations occur. As far as confessions of sin there are not many sins that I haven’t done but I have spent time with God in repentance and forgiveness, as you also must forgive yourself for not knowing better.

Personally speaking I feel that this chapter demonstrates Gods Unconditional Love for us. Knowing that sin is a possibility and accepts us in spite of Our Actions or lack of Actions. Do Your Best with What You Know. It is the sin of ‘Fear’ that gets a lot of people into positions that we don’t see a way out of. Thats why growing through God, Believing in God, seeing Gods work, and Trusting God to have Our Backs when We are backed into a corner, is what keeps Us from Sinful Acts. Staying in the Word and talking to God Daily is what I believe helps Us become closer to Him.
