Today I am grateful for an up coming vacation in Cuba, having the means to take my children away and make memories means the world to me. I am grateful for my commitment to my fitness routine and currently grateful there is only 20 minutes left to my shift. ☺️💕

Fell off the wagon last week. 😂 but it’s Monday so I’m back! Ready to start fresh! I hope everyone had an amazing day weekend.
✨ Day 2: Shifting the Self-Love Mindset ✨
How did yesterday’s heart exercise feel for you? Was it easy to write kind things about yourself? Or did it feel a little uncomfortable? I’ve done this exercise in a workshop before, but with a twist—I asked participants to first think of someone they deeply love, like a child, a parent, or a best friend. They wrote down a heart full of words describing that person. Then, they were asked to do the same for themselves. It’s funny how effortless it is to list beautiful things about someone else, yet when it comes to ourselves, it can feel difficult. Why is that? For so long, many of us have been taught that self-love is selfish—but I believe that couldn’t be further from the truth. Self-love is actually one of the most SELFLESS things you can do. When we take care of ourselves, we show up as better partners, parents, friends, and leaders. We cannot pour from an empty cup, and it’s time we start filling our own—so we can give from a place of true love and wholeness. ✨ Today’s Challenge: Mirror Work & Affirmations ✨ 1. Stand in front of a mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and say out loud:💛 “I am worthy of love.”💛 “I am proud of who I am.”💛 “I deserve kindness—from myself and others.” 2. Notice how it feels. Does any part of you resist it? If so, that’s okay—just take a deep breath and allow yourself to receive these words. 3. If you’re feeling brave, share in the comments:🔸 What did this bring up for you?🔸 Which affirmation felt the most powerful?🔸 Did you add anything new to your heart from yesterday? The more we practice self-love, the easier it becomes. This is how we shift our programming and step into the best version of ourselves—for both us and our loved ones. 💬 Bonus: If you want to take it a step further, write your affirmations down and place them somewhere you’ll see them often—like a mirror, phone screen, or journal! Standing - I mean walking on the treadmill at work I spoke these words into the mirror in front of me. No resistance, just a tug at the corner of my mouth to bring my face into a smile. Not intentional- it just happened. Each statement made the smile Harder to resist. I screen shot the words to add them to the back of my heart! 💕💕💕

This week is all about deepening your connection with yourself, embracing your worth, and filling your cup with love. Lets begin with self-awareness because before we grow, we must first see where we are. ✨Today’s Reflection: Take a moment to pause and check in with yourself. ➡️ On a scale of 1-10, how strong is your self-love right now? ➡️ What’s one area of your life where you feel disconnected from yourself? No judgment—just awareness. Comment below and share your reflections. Remember, this is a safe space for growth and support. ✨ Heart-Filling Exercise: 1. Draw a heart on a piece of paper. 2. Inside the heart, start writing attributes you love about yourself. Big or small—everything counts! 3. Ask your loved ones to share 1-3 words they’d use to describe you, and add those to your heart. 4. Keep this heart nearby, and throughout the week, continue filling it up with more self-love! 💬 Bonus: If you feel comfortable, share a picture of your heart in the comments or tell us one word someone gave you! 8 - I work very diligently not to forget myself any more. Morning workouts are a must. I spend 30 minutes on me because I’m about the spend the next 16 hours pouring into everyone else. Learning to trust the process and be grateful for what I have right now. Is where I need work.
