I have approximately 2 years of experience supporting US clients, along with exposure to UK, CA, and AU clients, using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Xero to manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. My experience supporting international clients has strengthened my ability to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and handle accounting processes aligned with client-specific requirements. Key responsibilities and tasks handled: - Managing invoicing and billing processes - Handling recurring and project-based invoices - Monitoring accounts receivable and collections - Following up on overdue payments - Managing accounts payable and vendor bills - Performing bank and credit card reconciliations - Resolving billing and account discrepancies - Maintaining accurate and audit-ready records - Supporting daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets Iβm currently looking for a remote (online) bookkeeping opportunity, preferably hourly or part-time.
