What does a mentor mean to me?
A mentor is a person experienced in the path that I'm on. They are transparent, vulnerable, and intentional with me and our mentor-mentee relationship. Their goals are to listen, counsel, teach, minister and grow with me to my next season. My success is our success.

What to do with you!
Where are you headed? What are your priorities? What’s holding you back from stepping up to your next? Think about it… I can honestly say, years ago, it was me who held me back. I made myself a priority and self-care became my care!

I'm headed to my next level in ministry and I'm very excited! My priorities are to learn more about preparing my initial sermon and learn the process and best practices towards discipleship ministry. Ultimately, God's will, I'll become a chaplain. What's been holding me back these past 10 years since accepting my calling has been my not holding the line with my boundaries. Letting people, so-called Christians, take advantage of my gifts and talents. And allowing family to guilt me and my priorities for the sake of their own. No more. But God.
