Who's With Me!!! July 11 – July 17, 2026 Are you ready to reset your body, renew your mind, and strengthen your spirit? I'm inviting our SSA family to join me for a 7-Day Watermelon Fast Challenge! For seven days, we will eat or juice watermelon, spend intentional time with God, and encourage one another through this journey. 🕖 We will meet LIVE every evening at 7:00 PM CST for prayer, encouragement, accountability, and to share what God is revealing during the fast. 🍉 Why a Watermelon Fast? Watermelon is made up of over 90% water, making it a refreshing fruit to help hydrate your body while giving your digestive system a break. 2026 isn’t asking you to become someone new. It’s inviting you to release weight, return to yourself, and move through life with more awareness and ease. Here are a few things to practice and gently observe as you step forward: • Choose pause instead of reaction When something activates you, slow down. Not every feeling needs an outward response. Moments that stir you are signals, not punishments — information guiding you toward deeper awareness. • Ground yourself in what is Wishing things were different keeps you stuck. Acceptance doesn’t mean approval — it means honesty. Meet life where it stands, and let your next step rise from truth, not resistance. • Allow others their path Release the urge to explain yourself, convince, or control outcomes. If someone chooses distance, confusion, or discomfort — allow it. Everyone is learning in their own way, on their own timeline. • Trust the unfolding What belongs to you will find you. Delays are often preparation, not rejection. Life moves with an intelligence greater than urgency — let it work on your behalf. • Notice the moments that steady you Pay attention to what brings ease to your body — quiet breaths, gentle light, stillness, laughter. These moments recalibrate your nervous system and remind you that safety exists now. 2026 is not about striving harder. It’s about releasing what no longer fits and living with intention, trust, and softness. Practice this daily… and let life meet you with less resistance and more grace 🤍
