Started today with Bible study and meditation. I’m going to service, then a walk. I’m finishing the day with a light, 20lb, 3 mile ruck. Tomorrow I’m starting Body Armor, I have my SMART goals set. I got the program a few years ago, and failed to follow through. Not this time, I want to crush this goal!

I just completed my second straight week of a 24+ hour fast (about 33 hours). I broke it with a banana this morning. Today I'm going to continue the Athletic training template and hit some push and squat movements. I'm grateful to God for giving me this healthy body that can do incredible things and has a great capacity to withstand stress. I pray for a sound mind and a focus on what truly matters in this season 🙏🏻 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and love and of a sound mind" - 2 Timothy 1:7

Back into the gym and been following Phil for a while! My 30 day goal is to keep consistent and get the gym to become a habit again 💪

It is a gift to be a part of this community. My 30 day goal is to honor this with gratitude, discipline, and commitment. I hope to build strength, endurance, and speed, that will bolster my confidence, and strengthen my faith. I need to forge through my self doubt and lazy indifference. I started this evening by writing three smaller goals for tomorrow.
