Hi everyone. My name is Kim Wilson & I live in Calgary. I am currently focussed on investing in the US. Right now I’m working on setting up processes to generate leads in order to disposition using creative strategies, such as Subject To, Lease to own & Seller Financing. I’m learning that sales & marketing are critical to every aspect of my business. I’m involved with a wholesaling group in Arizona where we are focussed on door knocking & cold calling. In the US, it seems like there are so many great tools to access that helps you set up systems to run your business more effectively. I am part of a few select groups in Skool, but would love to broaden my knowledge base in order to advance the business side of real estate investing.
