You can read the Bible and not be changed. Atheists read the Bible and they’re not changed. You can read the Bible with a critical spirit and not be changed. The demons in hell know God’s Word . . . and they’re not changed! It’s not about reading the Bible . . . it’s about reading the Bible with the right heart! It’s about reading the Bible with a surrendered spirit to say, “God, I’m opening Your Word and I’m opening my heart, to let You transform me.” Don’t read the Bible to complete a task, READ IT TO BE TRANSFORMED!!

Good morning ☀️ Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You with grateful hearts. Thank You for waking us up this morning. Thank You for breath in our lungs and strength in our bodies. This is the day that You have made, and we choose to rejoice and be glad in it. Lord, I lift up every person reading this right now. If they are weary, renew their strength. If they are anxious, flood them with Your peace. If they are battling sickness, pain, or discouragement, let Your healing power flow through their body and mind. Your Word says that by His stripes we are healed, and we stand on that promise today. Father, guide our steps today. Order our thoughts. Guard our mouths. Let us walk in love, patience, and wisdom. Close doors that are not from You and open doors that no man can shut. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. For those facing financial pressure, family stress, or uncertainty about the future, remind them that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. You have never failed, and You will not start now. Holy Spirit, fill us fresh today. Let us be a light in a dark world. Use us to encourage someone, to pray for someone, to show kindness to someone. Let Your presence go before us in everything we do. We trust You with this day. We surrender our worries and receive Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Today's Verse: Matthew 5:43-45 - Sunday, February 8, 2026 "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven." Thoughts on Today's Verse... We often talk about the privileges of being a child of God. We're blessed with things like forgiveness, salvation, an eternal future in glory with him, the gift of the Holy Spirit, and our ultimate victory when Christ comes. One of the greatest privileges we get, however, is the opportunity to act toward those who dislike and even hate us in ways that reflect the character of God as demonstrated by Jesus. Anyone can return hate for hate, but it takes children of God to return a blessing and a prayer of deliverance for their enemies. My Prayer... Father, thank you for loving me when I was still an enemy to you - ungodly, powerless, and a sinner (Romans 5:5-8). Thank you for using the death of your Son to gain my attention and offer me the opportunity to accept or reject your love. As you have promised, please pour your love into my heart through the Holy Spirit, so that I can love my enemies as you have loved me. In the name of your ultimate Gift of love, Jesus Christ, I pray.
