Why you don’t have to hold a handstand
What handstand myth did you believe for a long time that was frustrating and held you back? Me: You have to hold a straight up handstand for a long time to be successful. MYTH BUSTED: It’s hard for my lats and spine to hold a straight handstand. Can I do it - yes but it’s super uncomfortable for my body. I like other leg shapes. Also I don’t like holding any skill for a long time. I like movement and that is ok!!!

Hello! Let's shape this community with what you want to learn🙃
Hi, my name is Kim! Let's have some fun with one of my favorite things to do - be on my hands! I would love to hear from you, so I can better share my knowledge with things you want to learn. I can't wait to hear about: Favorite thing about hand/arm balancing (maybe a skill, feeling)? Least favorite thing about hand/arm balancing? What do you want to learn more about? Share a pic or video of you upright or maybe upside down 😍
