What do you do when the spark fades… and you just don’t feel like “you” anymore?
When the Spark Fades... The Journey Towards a Magical Life Some days, you know... those days when everything seems to go wrong, and all you want to do is go back to sleep. Unfortunately, these days will keep coming, no matter how good your life is, no matter how much you train your optimistic mind, you will most likely encounter days when the spark in your mind is extinguished. And it is at these times that tools like breathing exercises, yoga, and mood-altering practices are gold. Did you know that a breathing exercise with two inhales and one longer exhale can completely change your chemical balance and bring peace and tranquility to your mind and body? A simple sun salutation with a focus on deep breathing awakens a sleepy mind, and moving meditation like tai chi can take you from insecure to confident. Looking at life in general, I find about as many actions that bring positivity to our lives as negativity. So how is it that the suicide rate is the highest ever, while welfare and comfort are at their peak? I think we can all answer this question, but life is not just black or white, and there are far more colors in the universe than our senses can perceive. Daily, I train my mind and body to spread joy, love, and hope for myself and those around me, but despite this, I am struck from time to time by days when my spark is extinguished. And lately, I have become better and better at accepting that it's okay. And at the same time, having the confidence in myself to know that this state is just that, a state, a temporary existence. It doesn't have to be a part of me, just as a thought is not a permanent part of you until you act on it. So if I choose to act creatively, I will get out of this state and experience the magic that life has to offer again. If I then choose to learn to understand the depth of why I have been in this state, I will be able to heal so that I don't end up in this inhibiting state of being for the same reason in the future. But one thing is certain.
What magic hides beneath the surface of your daily life?
It’s amazing what life can give us. And scary how fast life can change. There’s so much debt in existence and an endless amount of time can be put into discussing life’s reasons and events. But today I want to highlight the magical possibilities that we all are born with. During my recent encounters I have learnt a great deal about how life can be for the less fortunate in the world. It is for very many people that struggle just to survive, but in the midst of all suffering there’s also a wonderful opportunity to find magic even in the smallest of things. A magic that for many in the developed societies they forget. The pure joy in a warm meal, a dry bed, or a warm jacket. It hurts my heart to see all suffering in the world and at the same time my heart warms up when I see how joyful and fulfilled one can become in the midst of physical suffering. I learn a great deal about how much difference there is in the way of thinking and being when we learn to separate ourselves from what happens in our surroundings. How suffering solely is a state of mind, not given to you by the events of your life, but given by you. How suffering itself can seis to exist in our life’s as soon as we decide to. I know that this can be hard to accept for many, but I know due to my own experience that it is possible to turn your life around solely by changing the meaning you give the events occurring amongst your path. By opening up for other perspectives of life itself, by travelling outside your comfort zone can bring miracles to the life of both you and your surroundings. I hope that this year can be a start on a new journey for you, a journey where you become a part of a world in appreciation, joy and love. And that you find a way to fulfill your dreams. Remember that you are the only one that can spread your light to the world! You are amazing!!!!! Take care and have a marvellously amazing 2025!!!!✨🥳🥳🥳✨

Life can change in an instant
Life can change in an instant — sometimes in beautiful ways, sometimes in painful ones.Lately, I’ve been reminded of how little some people have, yet how much joy they can still find in a warm meal, a dry bed, or a smile. It’s heartbreaking to witness suffering, but also inspiring to see the magic that can live even in hardship.I’ve learned that true freedom comes when we stop letting our circumstances define us.Suffering isn’t always about what happens — it’s about the meaning we give it. Here are some simple tools to enhance your everyday experience: - Gratitude journaling – Write down 3 things you’re grateful for every day. It trains your mind to focus on abundance rather than lack. - Daily breathwork or meditation – Even 5 minutes of conscious breathing can calm your nervous system and reset your mind. - Nature connection – A short walk in nature can ground you, reduce stress, and increase clarity. - Acts of kindness – Small gestures for others often uplift you more than them. - Reframe challenges – Ask: What is life teaching me here? This shifts you from victimhood to growth. By shifting perspective and stepping outside our comfort zones, life can transform. This year, I hope you begin a journey filled with appreciation, love, and purpose.Never forget: your light matters. You are amazing!

Where do you let fear interfere?
I have a hire struggle with confrontations, and so many times this is the biggest interferer in my life. And if I dive deep enough into it I could easily say that this is where over 70% of my life’s struggles comes from. So my daily todo is to work towards overcoming this fear one small step at a time. For I’ve noticed that one small step each day triumphs way over on big step a year;) What’s your biggest interferer? Take care lovely beings of greatness! Keep shining!
