Tomorrow marks the start of Week 1 of 12 in our Thinking Into Results journey together, and it all begins with one essential ingredient: self-confidence. Everything you desire in life starts with a decision — the decision to believe in yourself and to take the steps necessary to achieve your goals. But belief alone isn’t enough. It must be backed by action and commitment. As we step into this life-changing program, I want you to make a personal commitment today. The first action we’ll take together is signing the Self-Confidence Formula Contract. This is your first declaration of faith in yourself and the process ahead. Here’s what I’m asking you to do: 📄 Step 1: Print the Self-Confidence Formula. 🖋️ Step 2: Sign it — like you would sign a contract with someone else. 🗣️ Step 3: Read it out loud daily with conviction. This contract is between YOU and YOURSELF. It’s a promise to commit to your personal growth, to take control of your mindset, and to step into the version of yourself that is already capable of achieving extraordinary things. 💡 Why is this so important? Because what you think, you become. The thoughts you hold in your mind will shape your reality. And by repeating this formula every day, you are reprogramming your mind with the belief that you are unstoppable, capable, and worthy of achieving your definite purpose. This week, our focus is on decision and commitment. It's about making the decision to show up for yourself, every single day. 👉 Will it be easy? Not always. 👉 Will it be worth it? Absolutely. My guiding word this year is LIGHT. It keeps coming to mind when I think about my intentions for 2025. This word has so many different meanings for me from making things visible physically, emotionally and spiritually to understanding and enlightenment. A simple word that I know will evolve in meaning throughout the year.
