I’m curious to learn about NAD ? I have RA , I have fatigue, joint pain, inflammation. I’m currently on no meds for it due to side affects of them , this was my choice . My skin is dry and patchy and my energy is low . I’m wanting to help all of these symptoms. Is NAD what I need ?
