Instagram dropped some updates worth knowing about — here's the quick breakdown:
- Reels just got extended to 20 minutes. Yep, they went from 90 seconds all the way to 20 minutes. Instagram is clearly coming for YouTube's audience, and honestly? That could be good news for us. If you have webinar clips, tutorial recordings, or any long-form content sitting around doing nothing — this is your sign to start putting it to work on Instagram instead of letting it collect digital dust. - You can now edit your Reels thumbnails directly in your grid. This one's small but mighty. Your profile grid is basically your Instagram storefront, and up until now you had way less control over how it looked. Now you can go back to posted Reels and update the thumbnail so your grid actually reflects your brand. Worth spending 20 minutes on. - Creator tools are now available to ALL public accounts. We're talking the insights dashboard, content scheduling, and access to trending audio — no follower minimum required. If you manage client accounts or you're just getting started, that's a pretty big barrier officially removed. Go poke around in your settings and see what's unlocked.

well that changes things.... more watch time, glad to see this trending enough. We're not all goldfish attention spans.
We're doing a spring clean. One tiny thing at a time.
Spring cleaning your house feels good. Spring cleaning your business? Even better. This month inside The Content Shift we're doing a light, low-pressure spring clean across five areas : inbox, social profiles, email marketing, offers, and your website. Here's the thing though. We're not tackling all of it at once. Each post is going to give you one small, manageable thing to do or think about. Some will take 5 minutes. Some might take an afternoon. You go at your own pace. We're starting with the easiest wins first so you build some momentum before we get to the bigger stuff. There's a checklist in the classroom you can grab if you like ticking things off as you go. First up: your inbox. Because nothing says 'fresh start' like not having 4,000 unread emails staring you down. Before the first real post drops -- how's your inbox looking right now? How many unread emails are you sitting on? Drop the number below. No judgment -- I've seen five digits in my own inbox.🤦‍♀️

Creative Help: Thoughts on this "Rolling Vault" strategy? 🎹✨
Hey everyone! I’m about to flood my classroom this Spring with a massive collection of healing synth baths, and I’m looking for some advice on keeping the model sustainable. Here’s the plan: - The Fresh Drops: Release the newest synth baths for free so everyone can dive in immediately. - The Vault: After 30 days, move those sessions into a paid "Vault" area for permanent access. - Since I’m still finding my footing here, I’d love to hear your take. Does this feel like a solid way to balance giving value to the community while still growing a sustainable business? Would love to hear how you'd tweak this!

@Stacey Watts we have many super fans which is great. We've had people go through and buy the full collection on our bandcamp page, which is awe-mazing to be supported in that way. Truly says, I see you, I love what you're doing, all of it and ready for more. I really do like leaning into this collection is always here when you need it. As far as cost, is it a one time fee, a yearly or monthly? and what is the perfect #.
What makes content actually stick?
Not just get a like… but stay with someone long after they've scrolled past it. I have my thoughts, but I'm more curious about yours. Drop one word (or a few) below — what do you think is the secret ingredient?

@Janna Hubert Thanks! I recently shared remember the first time you were creative, what we're you doing. It has seriously brought so much joy and remembering that they have shared it with their friends. 100% growth.

Messy Middle of Q1 — Let’s Check In
Happy March 1st. A fresh month and a Sunday all in one. I love ❤️ love that timing. 🌱 Welcome to our first Winning Sunday of March 2026. Before the new week picks up speed, let’s pause for a moment and check in. What’s one thing from this past week that deserves a little recognition? It could be: • a quiet win • something still in progress • a decision you’re sitting with • a realization about your content, business, or energy • or even something you chose to stop doing to protect your capacity March often feels like a reset month. Not the pressure of January. Not the chaos of year-end. Just a steady place to realign. Personally, I always think of March as a “messy middle” season in business and content. You’re building, refining, adjusting, not starting from scratch, but not at the finish line either. So this is your space to share: One win. One work-in-progress. Or one thought that’s been looping in your mind lately. Clear or messy is welcome here. Always. 🤍

Finally took the leap and hit that LIVE button... just launched the Visionary Art Mail Club on the website today, and honestly? My heart is doing backflips. Before I could even post a tease to what's to come, it's a mystery each month, someone went all in for the entire year. They didn't ask what the art looked like. They just trusted the process. This is why we do what we do. After years of fighting "fast everything," seeing someone value the slow, intentional magic of mail-order art this much... it’s life-changing. It tells me that the commUnity we are building is real. You guys don't just want stuff; you want connection. Thank you to the "Early Bird" who took the leap. You’ve fueled the fire for everything coming next. The Mail Club is officially live. If you want a piece of our world delivered to your door every month, Let’s create something real. 🎨✨ FREE Shipping for our Canadian and USA collectors.
