I say no to cardio for myself. I get out and walk daily, so, I can get my cardio in. I absolutely love the way that Bjorn plans your workout routine around what you are looking to do with your body. The fact that the classes are small and you get more 1:1 training, encouragement, making sure you’re doing the weights properly, is huge for me. I actually look forward to my sessions and want to go. Thank you for making a gym like this for us!
