Biggest distractions : 1.) phone notifications 2.)lack of passion. I noticed if I am not responsible for something, passionate or it doesn’t hold my interest… I am easily distracted from it. 🙃

I chose movement. Cleaned my studio with the timer on, complete silence. Was refreshing.
