I hope this message is ok (since I don’t know you & am not 100% sure of the etiquette of this group/platform)… I just wanted to thank you for motivating me to google “somatic abolitionism”. I was somewhat familiar with Resmaa Menakem from his first book, but I was not aware of his second one (The Quaking of America), which will definitely be added to my (impossibly long) “to read” list. I also googled the Māori Haka which sounds like a wonderful summer project! Hope we will hear more about your experience with that here in the coming weeks/months.
