I Jjst seen that you mentioned wild rice can be eaten if sprouted first 🤗🙃 I have a whole bunch of wild rice I Jjst been sitting on lol. 😂 soooooo in theory I can sprout it and then eat it ?!?!?!?!?!????

Rinse Rinse 1 cup of wild rice under cool water. Soak Add to a jar/bowl and cover with warm water (not hot). Soak 12–18 hours until grains split/open. Drain Pour out the water and give it a quick rinse. Sprout Leave in a jar with a breathable lid (or mesh) at room temp. Rinse + drain 2× per day. Time Wild rice typically sprouts in 1–2 days. You’ll see the grains curl, bloom, or lightly tail. Store Once sprouted, store in the fridge up to 3–4 days.
