Looking to help my cousin. He paid a lawyer to help him with a dui marijuana case they dragged it out for two years then coerced him into a plea threatening him with twenty years. I found out about this late. I would've told him to fight jurisdiction and no need for lawyer especially one thats not gonna fight just looking for plea deal. He wasn't driving erratic or speeding the cop stated. My cousin hasn't been sentenced yet he goes for that next month. Is there anything we can do ?
