Meditation
Deep breathing and meditative breathing are really well-known for helping to calm the nervous system. When you slow your breath, you activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation. So, it’s often used in stress relief, anxiety reduction, and even better sleep. Resetting your nervous system is a good step towards rebuilding, just remember you got this 🫂
