it's been 14 days! 🙌🏻 blown away!
14 days today i began my journey on chamomile tea! i'm from the UK and love my cuppa tea - i always have to (or had, should i now say 😉) have a brew when i wake up to avoid any "moodiness" creeping in...and i'd have to have one at night too, with maybe one or two throughout the day aswell, depending on my mood, who i was with etc and the brits are known for their cuppa tea!! a cuppa tea (or brew) solves everything over here... stressed? have a brew anxious? have a brew depressed? have a brew feeling sick/under the weather? have a brew catching up with family and friends? have a brew got some gossip? have a brew? on a walk? take a brew with ya! freezing? have a brew! absolutely anything and everything, us brits are known to drink truckloads of the stuff! BUT!! for the past 2wks, i have made a chamomile tea in the morning, and one before bedtime...and have only been having my "proper" cuppa mid afternoon time which i now see it as a "treat" 🤯 like this is a HUGE HUGE the HUGEST of huges thing for me! never in a million years did i think that i would ever drink chamomile tea, let alone it now becoming my routine and something i enjoy!! MIND = BLOWN!! there's lots of other small wins too but this one, as it's reached a big milestone, is a biggie! have a beautiful day beautiful souls ✨️ what are some of your small (but huge) wins you've had recently??

That's so true. I was overstimulated will all the information I was consuming on a daily basis. Recently I started decluttering my mind, doing one task at a time and staying away from many quick dopamine hits. It is really helping my mind to slow down and think. This is also helping me to listen to the universal voice the voice of the divine. Staying calm and peaceful is very important. Sometimes doing boring activities is a gift

@Sheila Haberli social media, short form content, porn, sugar, junk food, mindless eating, binge watching, constant notifications and texting, video games, watching drama shows and listening to gossip. Whenever you get that sudden kick of happiness, instant gratification it's cheap dopamine. Healthy dopamine is workouts, reading books, creative activities like painting, dancing, learning something new, family and pet time etc
Need Help
I was recording videos and found out my mind and mouth are not in sync. I talk fast but my mind is slow. I can't think fast. I'm struggling with Brain Fog. It's because of hormonal imbalance that I've been suffering from but I've started living a very healthy life. I take sunlight, moonlight, walnuts, almonds, green tea, protein, 2-3 litres of water, veggies. I go on long walks. I workout. I don't use social media alot but I have to work on laptop so I can't decrease screen time alot. But my head starts bursting after I think or search for solutions or learn something new. It takes me alot of time to process things, sometimes I forget what I was doing, and I have to go through it again and again to learn something new. My headaches are decreasing my productivity, it heats up and my eyes burn too just after 3-4 hours of working. What do I do? How to make my brain work fast?

Adjusting to the new chapter of my life
More than a week of being consistent. I started this new routine where I'm being super-mindful about everything I consume to keep my energy levels and brain efficiency high. Learning to heal, use, protect and balance my masculine and feminine energy. Now I understand why every great person focuses so much on meditation, workouts, discipline, focus and consistency. I understand why everything has to turn out the way it does. Everything that happens to us the tower moments, rejections, failures, frustrations, anxiety, mood swings. Everything has a meaning that we don't understand at the moment, but it all makes sense later. I had to go through pain and suffering to find out solutions for that. It was for me to grow and learn something that I never did before. Was it uncomfortable? yes. Was it frustrating? yes. Was it painful? yes. Was it worth it? yes. Was it aligned with my destiny? yes. I'm still learning and adjusting to this new chapter of my life. Not everything is unicorns and rainbows. But I know this phase of my life will make me the most Beautiful, the most Intelligent and the most Successful version of myself. This is my trust and faith in the higher power and myself that I survived all those storms. Because I work on my roots when the roots are strong no storm can shake you. That's why shadow and healing is important.

I took a baby step today
After a major tower moment a few days back, I was completely shattered. After facing my fears and making major progress when I was about to reach the goal I slipped and fell back. That moment was really painful for me. After all the hard work I did to reach that goal, it just took one moment for the snake to bite and I fell back to the bottom. I was confused, depressed, lonely and heartbroken. I lost all my motivation and just wanted to give up. I posted the same here a few days back, I was shocked to see so much support and love from the community. Thank you so much guys for motivating and supporting me. I really really needed that push. And today I decided to start again. I went back to do the things that I love, my creative ideas and my goal. I took baby steps today to feel something, something better. I'll keep taking action it's so much better than doing nothing and overthinking about my fall. I'm feeling better already. Thank you people, I'm really grateful!!
