Return Policies
I would like to know what people are doing regarding return. I am offering complimentary free shipping on all items however, if the customer is not satisfied they can return any unsed items within 30 days. I just am unclear where they send it as it will not be my home address. I looked and do not see any class addressing this issue.

@Travis Garrett If you are new it might be tricky and time consuming to change but its definitely possible. But the best approach would be to ask for refund from wix and go through the funnel again and select the niche you want. Regards, Khubaib Khan

Subject: Resolution Update – Zendrop and Wix Issues Fully Resolved, Plan Extended Hello Everyone, After six weeks of persistent issues across both Zendrop and Wix, everything has now been fully resolved. Summary: - Zendrop addressed their portion of the problem earlier. - The remaining Wix issues were resolved today by Sheryl from their escalation team within 15 minutes. - Wix has also extended my Core plan to compensate for the lost time. I escalated the matter to both providers with a clear deadline, and I appreciate Sheryl’s prompt and effective assistance in closing this out. With services now functioning as expected, I’m ready to move forward and finally begin this next chapter. Thank you for your patience and support. Now, finally, to start learning how to edit the store and its contents. I think I need more patience for this section.
