I have a question based on observation but no real knowledge, for people who are further down the line with this and have experience with clients who use Hubspot, Salesforce, GoHighlevel or similar CRM systems. I know a lot of these systems have the automations already built in, whichever (big/not so big) tool I look into already has a bunch of automations and integrations. What are the real questions and solutions clients are looking for if they already use a state of the art CRM? do you need to build front end for some of the automations? thank you 🙏
