Most people don’t lack motivation. They lack standards. Let me explain… You say you want results: • Better body • More money • More control over your life But your daily actions don’t match that level. That’s not a motivation issue. That’s a standards issue. Because when your standards are high enough: • You train whether you feel like it or not • You eat based on purpose, not emotion • You show up even when it’s inconvenient Motivation is temporary. That is completely accurate. I realize I make plans with myself to show up, and there is always an internal excuse as to why I haven’t followed through.
