Wow… we’re already here. 😍💚 I’m so curious to hear from you all, how are you feeling today? Physically, emotionally, energetically. Are you noticing: • more lightness or clarity • detox symptoms moving through • emotions surfacing • deeper connection to your body • cravings, resistance, or surprises • more peace, joy, or presence There’s no “right” way to feel. Day 4 can be a powerful turning point where the body and emotions really start speaking. Colourful Asian-inspired salad with juicy pineapple, red cabbage, spring onions, grated carrots, cucumber, red pepper & edamame beans. 🌈 Finished with a creamy peanut sauce that brings it all together. 💚 Fresh, grounding, and so satisfying, a proof that healing food can be joyful and full of flavour. 🌶️🥒🥕🫛🥬🍍🫚🥜
