I won’t make class tonight but wanted to share some wins. I was interviewed on a podcast last week. I started writing solo book number 2. Tentatively titled “From Bendicion (blessing) to Chancelta: The Intersection of Mental Health and finances in Black and Latino Communities “. For the past month I’ve been going to the gym at least twice a week. Already down 9 pounds.
