After my call with Coach, I finally sat my ass down to see wtf was my issue. Like why am I in my head and what's holding me back. I realized that I was holding me back. I was blocking my way. My work-home life was a mess. I took a few days to myself, called off tomorrow, came to clean my house because it was bothering me, AND then I MADE A SALE !! I've noticed that when my house isn't neatly put how I like it, I tend to unintentionally start to shut down like the old version of myself. I've picked up more therapy days, put the entire house on a new schedule, and made self-care time. I AM HER, SHE IS ME, I AM BACK !!

Before you get your week going good , I need this DONE: 1. Write out your offer clearly What are you selling? Who is it for? How does it help them? 2. Make the post Stop overthink it Speak to a problem + offer a solution 3. Start 5 conversations Comment, DM, or follow up with leads Hey, I’m helping a few people with ___ right now, do you need help with that? No excuses. This is basic execution.

This week I’ve added some new friends. I am going to reintroduce myself to everyone on my page. I am scheduling all my posts moving forward. I have two follow-ups to do. And baby, I’m gonna GET TO THE MONEY. I’m trying to see at least 1k by next Monday. I also have been quiet with everything going on, but, I’m gonna drop my digital product and self care apps for you guys to help me out. I’ve been busy.
