Last minute cancellation
Sorry for the short notice. Family emergency has caused cancellation of my normal TikTok live and today’s workshop. If you are a praying person, my brother could use them now. Thanks for your understanding.

How to Not Get Discouraged
Understand what’s required and why it’s worth it. Hormozi just posted his entire business timeline. You only see his Chapter 16. Here’s his Chapters 1-15. This is why he’s my mentor. 23. Left my 9-5 consulting job. 24. Opened 5 gym locations. 26: Lost everything. 26: Got back to opening gyms. 26: Lost everything. Again. 26. Started a licensing model as a Hail Mary. It worked. 27. Gym Launch made a $3M profit. 28. Gym Launch made a $17M profit. 28. Started Prestige Labs. 29. Prestige Labs made a $20M revenue yr 1. 29: Launched USEALAN. 31: Sold 75% of UseAlan in an all stock deal. 31: Sold 66% of Gym Launch & Prestige Labs at $46.2M valuation in all-cash deal to American Pacific Group. 31: Founded Acquisition.com 35: Just getting started. “Everyone has their own timeline and map. Stick to yours. Do whatever is necessary to win. Keep crushing. May your desires be greater than your obstacles.” What are you thoughts? Did this encourage or discourage you about what it will take? ⬇️⬇️

Focus Not Fracture
I see a lot of people inside of Skool and mostly outside that make this mistake. The advice from Hormozi and Kirby is always the same ONE OFFER. But here’s a break down of why. 1️⃣ You are confusing your audience. You overwhelm with multiple offers, topics or products. The audience wants to be told clearly what to do to solve their problem. A confused mind says no. If you confuse them you lose them. 2️⃣ It makes you the subject matter expert for that topic. That’s the power of this model. People will join your community primarily to solve one problem so get great at solving that problem. The more specifically and better you solve that problem, the more can eventually charge as well. 3️⃣ Better communication. The more clearly you can communicate with your audience, the more time you spend with them solving that problem, the more you learn their obstacles and their language. Your content and message are sharper. When you can talk like they talk and know their hurdles before you even tell them, you hook them in because they realize you understand them. The next logical step once you understand them, they feel you are the best person to help them. 4️⃣ You maximize growth. The more parts of a business, the more parts that can break down. That means you can’t tell what’s working and what isn’t. You have to measure and optimize effectiveness of message, offer and sales process. Ultimately multiple products slow down your ability to compound from 2-5-10x. Simple scales: One person One problem One no-brainer offer I’ve had 3 people just in the last week take this small piece of advice with great results.

I feel like I needed to hear that today! Hesitating between a couple of offer, having a lot of ideas, and being a bit confusing about my offer(s)
