How to make $2000 in 2 hours?
I found offer on Upwork and decided to make simple demo. Task: Startup founders needed a tool that: – takes their pitch – finds the right journalists from a 3 000-person database – writes a personalised email for each contact – sends the outreach in bulk Client estimate: 2–3 weeks of “traditional” dev work. My Lovable workflow: 1. PRD with ready-made prompts – 15 min 2. Upload journalist list to Supabase – 10 min 3. Build the UI in Lovable – 45 min 4. Add AI matching + email generation in n8n – 50 min Total: 2 hours Potential budget: $2 000 Result demo (2-min Loom): https://www.loom.com/share/02a7f28416cd4736ac6516bc0881491d If you want the same framework: • Full Lovable course is in the Classroom (still $199 this week). • Or join the 5minAI PRO community to get access to this and other courses and guides.

I must be getting a bit cynical in my old age—because when I see posts like this, my first reaction is to call BS. But honestly? This one made me stop and take a second look. @Mark Shcherbakov just broke down a $2,000 project delivered in 2 hours using Lovable, Supabase, and n8n. And while my instinct is usually to doubt, the breakdown is clean, the stack checks out, and the Loom backs it up. What used to take 2–3 weeks of traditional dev work now takes a couple of hours with the right tools and prompts. Maybe I’m not cynical—maybe I’m just adjusting to how fast the game is changing. Well played, @Mark Shcherbakov
Avoid Costly Mistakes - Master Cursor with Lovable
I recently wasted $50 chasing a bug in Lovable, only for Cursor AI to solve it in under 30 seconds. Here's a quick playbook to save you time (and money!): 1️⃣ Connect Lovable to GitHub - your app code pushes automatically. Easy and seamless. 2️⃣ Clone your GitHub repository locally in Cursor to edit and debug smoothly. 3️⃣ Before making edits, pull the latest updates from GitHub to prevent merge issues. 4️⃣ Use Cursor’s built-in AI to quickly fix bugs, refactor code, or even generate new components. Commit and push your changes easily. 5️⃣ Check your Lovable chat for real-time synced GitHub commits. Cursor doesn't just make coding easier - it helps you understand and debug your project without needing deep technical skills or an expensive subscription. There's even more to learn: - Creating and managing GitHub branches for safe versioning - Advanced Cursor techniques - Efficient workflows with multiple versions Discover all these and more in the new course: Join the full course here → Happy building!

Hey @Mark Shcherbakov , appreciate you taking the time to break that down—and the diagram really helped connect the dots between GitHub, Cursor, and Lovable’s flow. That visual alone adds a lot of clarity to the versioning process. On the test file side, what I was referring to was Cursor’s ability to generate a test file when prompted. I didn’t see the option in the right-click menu, but when I asked Cursor directly with: “Generate a test file using Jest and React Testing Library for this component. Name it App.test.tsx and make sure it tests rendering and any button clicks or form submissions if they exist.” …it created a full test scaffold with mocked components. Pretty slick once you know the phrasing to use—but it’s one of those things that’s easy to miss unless you stumble across it or ask around. This course already looks packed with value. I haven’t enrolled yet—still weighing it against the tools and subscriptions I already use—but the Cursor integration alone makes it worth keeping on my radar. Curious—have you seen many people leaning into AI-driven prompts inside Cursor like this, or is most of the workflow still manual for now?

Hey @Mark Shcherbakov — great insights as always. Quick clarification: your post showed Cursor as a major time-saver (especially with that $50 bug fix), but then you mentioned you're not really into it? Sounds like: - You lean on Lovable for speed and Supabase. - You use Cursor more for refactoring/debugging. - And you still prefer manual QA from your experience. Just checking if I’m reading that right. I’ve found Cursor useful as a thinking partner, especially during cleanup, but still rely on Lovable for quick layout builds. Where do you think Cursor adds the most value after deployment?
💼 Building a copy of $100k MRR SaaS in just 3 hours with Lovable
A couple of weeks ago, @Raquaza Moss came to me with an request: “Is it possible to build a TikTok analyzer for viral videos?” (the answer is Yes) Also, he mentioned Poppy AI, which just hit $100K MRR last month, and called it a mind-blowing tool. I said, “I can build that in a few hours.” He replied: “No way.” Well… challenge accepted. In just 3 hours, I built a working prototype using Lovable, N8N, and Supabase. What It Does: ✅ Upload your own data – add text, YouTube videos (which get transcribed), and other sources. ✅ AI-powered content generation – AI learns from your sources, helping you create content in your own style. ✅ Multiple use cases: • Stay consistent by using your own videos as a knowledge base. • Copy viral video structures from competitors to increase engagement. It's easy to extend with other data sources such as reels and tiktoks, and templates for different types of content. 📌 Would you like to see a step-by-step video guide on how I built this?
