The community seems to be not very responsive. Is it possible to get to a Facebook group? I applied but wasn't approved.

Hey @Semion Roitman I can't speak for everyone, but personally I show up here when I'm working with Aaron's materials. Then I post replies and help people when I see something I can help with. But I don't spend a lot of time in social/school groups because I'm busy building businesses. Might be an inherint flaw with this kind of community? Either you're here, or you're building. Most of the time (for me) it can't be both. I would say that this doesn't change based on the platform.
My Facebook (Leads) Campaign... is this good/bad?
Does anyone know if this performance is good? It's early days, so I just want to know if I am heading in the right direction? My ads have been running for 14 days (Out of Learning Phase after 11 days) AD 1: Impressions: 2,639 Clicks: 106 Leads: 33 CPC $3.35 CTR 2.46 CPL: $10.77 (Click-to-lead Conversion rate of 31%) AD 2: Impressions: 184 Clicks: 8 Leads: 3 CPC: $3.51 CTR: 3.8 CPL: 9.35 (Click-to-lead Conversion rate of 37%) So far, I have 50 leads and 0 booked calls. This lead magnet/funnel is for one step of the roadmap... I switched the "whole roadmap" lead magnet off because it performed badly. But I am fairly sure that's my fault... Here is the landing page: https://startupandscale.com/sales-funnel/ the ads creatives are like an image of the first fold of the landing page. I created the funnel in Wordpress with some custom coding and it loads reasonably quickly.... and it's responsive... Also, by leads, I mean opt-ins. Or should I be counting leads as 'booked appointments'? I welcome any other comments or criticisms. As I made everything from scratch myself, I think I can remake some or all of it fairly quickly. Thanks guys Ben

@Ben Waldeck The most important thing to understand about your numbers is that they are good, if they are working/profitable, and bad if they are not. When I'm looking at my stats the first thing I do is find my tolerance threshold. In other words "what do the numbers need to look like for this to work?" Based on the numbers that you have quoted , I'd look at this and say: - Ad 1 has enough impressions vs clicks to *get an idea* if this is working. (I'm generally looking for 10K impressions, but over 1K things start to take shape.) - Ad 2 does not have enough impressions, clicks and opt-ins to know if this is working. However you do not have enough total leads to know whether your follow-up is working, and converting into sales. I do agree with the other comments in saying that the first and second measure of success has been reached - you've done the work, and you're getting leads. :) Great job there! It has been a few days since your original post - do you have any updated numbers on AD 2? Are the stronger conversion numbers holding compared to Ad 1?
GHL
I have been a long @Aaron Fletcher and GrowthWorks Pro client and he mentioned a few times about GHL. Recently I purchased a GHL entry level account at $97 but am thinking at upgrading to 297 or even 497. Was there a deal offered to this community for people who upgrade? Can I benefit from that deal even though I created my GHL account by myself and not part of GrowthWorks? Thank you

I do not work for Growthworks, Aaron, or the Fletcher Method, however let me clarify the offers here. GHL is a funnel building (and arguably website) building platform, software as a service. GHL markets to agencies to sell funnels/websites to clients. GHL also has a SaaS offer where you can sell GHL as a software; you are effectively selling GHL under your own brand name. The MAJOR benefit here is that you can customize your offer with custom programming, unique website builds, email flows, etc. In other words you can take GHL and ADD all of the unique, awesome systems you use in your emails, funnels, templates, etc. Growthworks Core is GHL with the Growthworks system baked in, so you can apply everything that you learn in the High Ticket training, the Fletcher Method, and Launch Maps training and apply it to your own business, with extreme ease and speed.* (* - When compared to doing it yourself, even if you're doing it yourself in a GHL system.) Oh, and the price that Aaron currently has is BETTER than the price you get from a standard GHL subscription, even if you're buying it straight from them. So you get more, but pay less. Banger.

@Ronan O'Brien I am not aware of GHL coming with any templates out of the box, unless you are referring to page templates. I am not aware of the difference in page templates.
Offer/MDM Feedback
Hey team. I'll appreciate your feedback on this messaging: "I help Shopify owners make 50% more profit in 90 days without reducing expenses." Intriguing? REVISED: "I help e-commerce entrepreneurs stuck at a 6-figure plateau double their profits in 3-6 months using a Data-Driven Growth Process—without extra work, relying on guesswork, or higher marketing spend, so they can finally break through and achieve predictable growth." Opinions welcome!

@Nick Moraitis What are the services that you offer? Without that framework it would be hard to be anything but general. However, in general ecom business owners are struggling with inconsistant ad success, rising costs of goods and services, not having the technology to give them what they want, or not knowing what service/technology to get which will give them what they want, and of course not knowing who is woth hiring to solve a problem. They are often prioritizing running the business over content creation, because even if they are certain that it could help their business, they aren't sure how... or how to measure the impact. These are all things we have managed to address, but it took us a long time to get there.

@Nick Chaconas Ico van den Born's shorter version is more on point. As for the "so they can" part - this is a little nuanced in my opinion, and is not redundant, but can be if you're repeating yourself. What's your primary currency, and is it the same as the primary currency your prospect is worried about? Let's say your prospect wants financial security *so they can* spend more time with family and loved ones without stressing over their business during the evenings and weekends. It's hard to measure stress, distraction, and focus... but if that's their primary concern then you might want to tie your primary (measurable) currency to their top-of-mind-issue. Then it might look like this: "I help e-commerce entrepreneurs stuck at a 6-figure plateau double their profits in 3-6 months without extra work, relying on guesswork, or higher marketing spend, so they can be more present with their families on evenings and weekend without worrying about the financial stability of their business."

It took a few days to get it where I was happy with it, but this should get us to the gate.
