hey guys for all these clients im onboarding, how do i create their number for them without having to scan their id since theyre located in different states? can i just use my own business info when making their number?

@Gavin Wiener yeah like with business with EIN it sent the email and still asked for ID which i was so confused as to why

Cant do cold sms (opt out rate)
It seems I cant do any cold mass sms campaigns because my opt out rate is over 3%. Is there any way to go around this?
