Do you charge the cost of SMS and emails for the review reactivation or no?
For those who do free trials: Do you charge the cost of SMS and emails for the review reactivation or should I just pay for it myself? I'm still on the $97 plan and can't rebill it to the client. (Though I can put his card on file and manually rebill it later) And roughly, on average, how much do you spend for a review reactivation?
