Roast my other community
https://www.skool.com/noobemy-4711/about I did so much with this first community. I tried several different things, but was never successful monetizing it. Still totally worth it, as it openned doors to great people that I met and that made this current community possible, made me learn a lot and gave me awesome testimonials. I still intend to use it for upcoming tech projects and consulting calls. The community in on hyatus now, as I'm too busy with work and this new community. In the meatime, I'm tweaking on it to give it a clear message like this one has. What do you think of it's current state?

Roast My Instagram
Hey Everyone, I have been trying to make my instagram profile a big deal. Like a portfolio land and with my entire journey documenting on what I have been able to achieve. I would love your feedback on it and also tell me what it makes you feel 🤔 https://www.instagram.com/k.mwithiga/

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Thank you so much for the feedback. I am actually willing to hear more ideas on what to approach and not. I want to start screen recordings with voiceovers but I saw I need a capture tool for it so I want to save up for it. I agree with you my links and bio really needs a lot of change and I need to rethink how I place myself among people. That is actually the first think I want to change by tomorrow night

📌 How Much Are You Prepared To Invest?
I thought I would share this one here in full. There is a message in community in Skool, that begins here... There is a simple story that has been shared in many forms over the years. A pig and a chicken are out for an early morning walk. They pass an orphanage where children are playing outside. The chicken watches quietly for a moment and says, “You know, we should do something for those poor children; maybe a bacon and egg breakfast?” The pig pauses, thinks for a second, and replies, “Easy for you to say. For you it is a donation. For me it is a commitment.” At first glance, it sounds like a humorous exchange. Yet beneath the humor sits a powerful question that applies to business, mentoring, leadership, and personal growth: How much are you truly prepared to invest? 🌟 The Difference Between Contribution and Commitment Many people begin their journey with good intentions. They want to help, build something meaningful, or make a difference. Like the chicken, they are willing to contribute. They will give time when convenient, share ideas when inspired, or offer support when it does not cost too much. There is nothing wrong with contribution. Every effort matters. However, real transformation usually comes from commitment; the moment when involvement moves beyond occasional participation into something deeper and more personal. Commitment asks more of us. It requires consistency, responsibility, and sometimes sacrifice. 🌟 Mentoring and the Investment Question When mentoring others, this difference becomes clear quickly. Some individuals seek guidance but remain cautious, testing the water without fully stepping in. They want change, but only if it comes easily. Others decide to commit. They show up even when progress feels slow. They apply what they learn. They stay engaged when enthusiasm fades and discipline must take over. As mentors, we often see the difference before they do. The question is never how talented someone is. The real question is how much they are prepared to invest in their own growth.

Hey @Stephen B. Henry this was actually amazing. It got me thinking about a lot of decisions I have made and if I am putting everything on the line to change. Great read
What do you need to do to level up?
In my older community, I gave some consulting on how people could plan the strategies for their online businesses. @Eliot Payne , @Dr. Severine Bryan ,@Dr. Stephanie Murauskas and @Jing Wang were some of the people who had that call with me. I defined 3 moments that every online business go through and helped them figure out where they were and what were the steps they needed to level up and improve. Here are they: 1. Figuring out the Basics - In this stage you're still figuring out your brand and your offer. - You don't know exactly how to present yourself - You're still working on your content and pitches - You have no audience or a very moderate one 2. Improving Online Presence - You built your brand and your offer and are starting to get some atttention on the platforms you chose. - Now it's more of a numbers game. You need to increase your reach. Use several platforms to funel people to the place where you want them to be, be it your community, your website, a form you want them to fill or your social media. SEO and paid traffic will accelerate your results. - Finding the ideal format for multiplatform crossposting is key to increase your reach. One example is short videos crossposted across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LInkedIn. It's relatively easy to automate that if you don't want to manually post in several places. 3. Optimizing Your Process - You have a strong brand and lots of leads. It's getting hard to keep up. - It's time to invest on some automation and metrics. - CRMs like GoHighLevel will help a lot with that. - AI agents will also help, if you use them right. They can work very well for support and help desk. Using AI agents for sales is tricky and a lot of times do more damage than good, if you don't train them right and use good tools to set them up.
