We launched the Gen-1 Hood-Gi with a free computer bag included. And because we had absolutely no idea what we were doing at the time, we sold our very first batch at a pretty steep loss… But that didn’t stop us. Sure, the free bag might have been a little over the top, but the people who bought it loved it and that mattered more to us than the margin. From day one, we’ve believed in overdelivering.
