What did you learn?
What did you learn at that last job? Here’s the challenge @Jim Riley what was something you learned in a prior job? Respond here and then tag another member to do the same! Here’s mine: When I was in college, I spent a summer working for Champion International Timberlands Division. I learned more about forestry in 3 months than most undergrads in 3 years. My biggest takeaway though was prioritizing safety and paying attention to detail. An accident in the woods when you’re miles and hours from help is not something you take lightly. Work hard, don’t take shortcuts, and watch each others’ backs!

@Jim Riley my father used to say this all the time! He would also tell us to leave every jobsite looking better than when we showed up even if it wasn’t our mess.
